Dr. Kishan: Karimnagar doctor elected as chief of IPSSZ

Dr. Kishan, president of the South Indian Association of Psychiatrists, said the Indian psychological conference will discuss Indian values, yoga, and spirituality at a global psychiatric conference in Israel in December.

Dr. Kishan, a senior psychiatrist from Karimnagar, was unanimously elected president of the Indian Psychiatric Society’s South Zone (IPSSZ) in an election held in Coorg Town, Karnataka.

Dr. Akula Vishal and Dr. George Reddy have been elected to the South Zone (South India Branch) of the Indian Psychiatric Society from the State of Telangana.

Speaking to the press in Nizamabad on Tuesday, President of Telangana State Psychiatric Association Dr. Mayur Nath Reddy and treasurer Dr. Vishal said that the psychiatrists of southern States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka will meet and the country’s merits are to be spread around the world.

‘We have decided to explain to everyone our great sense of being Vasudhika Kutumbakkam,’ they added.
